Massage Therapy

Massage is known as "the ancient healing art." It is human kind's oldest and purest method of healing. There are a multitude of therapeutic benefits of massage, including: relaxation and stress reduction, relief of pain and discomfort, rehabilitation from injury, increased circulation, increased energy, decreased fatigue, and performance enhancement. Massage is not a luxury, but a necessity for optimal human performance.

While we are highly trained and skilled in the science of massage, we believe that mastery of the art of massage is equally as important. We view massage as a profound form of non-verbal communication; an active dialogue between two people on many levels that requires full participation in the process and a keen ability to listen to the individual receiving the massage. As a result, every session is unique, responsive to your needs in the moment, and intently results-driven. We express the art of massage in creativity, sensitivity, and adaptability.

Eric is the team leader, a massage therapist with ten years of professional experience in practice and teaching. The massage therapy services provided by the Longevity Concepts team ranges from basic Swedish spa massage to orthopedic rehabilitation, including deep tissue, myofascial, trigger point, structural, shiatsu, and AMMA therapies. We incorporate exercise, nutrition, and stress management into our sessions, creating a working synthesis of wholistic modalities. Our work is designed to meet your individual needs and facilitate your body's own healing process, supporting its natural movement toward balance and health.
